(Archived) Bug: unable to download apk files from offline notes

I haven't tried it with other file types, but apk files already synced in offline notes cannot be opened or downloaded. Here's the error I get:

Parse error

There is a problem parsing the package

When I access the notes that contain the apk attachments via the internet browser, I'm able to download the files.
