(Archived) Feature Request - floating and resizable images

Hi there,

I was wondering if it would be possible to implement a feature that enables one to place an image anywhere on the page and resize them too?

It's like the image is on its own layer and can be placed anywhere on the page by just dragging it and it would be also very helpful if then you can resize the images on the fly too by dragging the corners for example.
