(Archived) Missing lots of notes locally on computer

Hello people, I hope you can help me with this one.

I just update to Lion OS on my Mac. I also formatted the whole computer. After reinstalling Evernote it only downloads about 40 of my around 300 notes. When I press sync it says that everything is up to sync but I can see that all my notes are still available when i log in to the browser interface.

Any idea what might have gone wrong? I have the latest version, tried to reinstall it a couple of times but nothing works. I can create new documents but the old ones does not sync.

Were any of your notebooks Local rather than sync'd?

Are you getting any sync error messages?

Since they are all on the Evernote server online I guess they are not local. Strange thing is that it does not download them and I don't get any error messages.

And if you log into the web client - can you see them?

No problem, it does sound like something is getting screwed in your sync.

Best is bet is probably to open a support case - link is in my sig.

I have the exact same problem. I have over 1100 notes on the web which all sync fine to my Windows machine but just got a Mac, installed the client and only 276 notes are syncing. All of the notebooks are there but many of them are empty and most missing notes.
