(Archived) A Potential Use Case: Noting Contents Of A Magazine. How To?

Recommended Posts

Here's a scenario that I'd like ideas on implementing:

So I read a magazine and I discover certain bits are of interest/use to me. I make a note of those - in an Evernote note. I still want to read the magazine so I don't scan in the articles and throw it away. Rather than title the note "March 2011 Edition of Spelunking Today" I'd like to scan the cover as a graphic - and put that in the same note as the list of interesting bits.

How best to do this? I don't think I can combine a graphic and text in a note and I don't really want to create a PDF with both in.

How to do it?

Thanks, Martin

Sure you can. You can either merge the two notes or you can drag n drop an image into an existing note.

Thanks BnF! I tried it and it worked fine... Held mag cover up to MacBook camera, hiding my face behind it. :-) x 3.

Actually there was no need to merge or drag... The second mag I tried it with I could type text below it straightaway.
