(Archived) Tags on published notebooks

Is there a way to make the tag tree visible on public notebooks? If not, this would be supremely useful for sharing information/notes.

Currently, no ... the tags are displayed in the top of each note, and if you click on one, you'll see all of the notes in that NB with that tag. But there is no top-level list of tags. This is primarily just a UI issue: we need to find a good place to put this list to keep it from getting confusing to someone who navigates to this page and sees your public notebook for the first time.
