ladygaga3 0
I just got my scanner and have been scanning everything and all is well. But today I started scanning some more to Evernote and after I " finished and saved", it came up as an attachment that is empty. Does anyone know what is up with that?! Link to comment
Level 5* Metrodon 2,183 Posted June 12, 2011 Level 5* Share Posted June 12, 2011 Not 100% sure what you mean....do you mean the attached scan in one of your notes is blank? How did you get the attachment into Evernote? Do you have the original? And if so, is it blank? Link to comment
ladygaga3 0
I use a Scan Snap S1500M which scans the document. I can see the scanned image at first and then when I save to Evernote there is just a small square attachment that appears in the window on the right side of the screen of Evernote. It says it has 0 bites in it and is totally white. When click to load it doesn't of course. Previously when I saved, the scan showed in it's entirety on the right and I could rename it and save to a particular notebook. So am not sure what I did if anything to change it but will check with Evernote as you suggested. Thanks for you input. Link to comment
