I have a problem in Evernote Version 2.1.1 (146398) trying to use tags efficiently. I've instructed Evernote to hide tags which are empty. When I select a notebook, I would expect the tags which do not apply to any items in that notebook to disappear; however not all tags disappear. Even more confusing, when I click on one of the tags that shows a count, no documents show up.
My problem is with the inconsistency. Either hiding empty tags should hide all tags which match no documents in the current context or the counts next to the tags should match the number of documents in the current context. The way it works right now is that it hides some tags, but not others; displays a count that has no relevance.
