probably already been asked before, but I have a few things I'd love to see in the new build of evernote Mac client. I also use evernote on windows, so same goes for that client as well:
-file size of the attachement visible in all views (list, mixed, thumb)
-import folders for Mac. Now there's a workaround using automator, but it's just not the same
-import from scanner option
-some way to integrate evernote in "save as..." dialogues, more integration in the shell
-more hierarchy levels for the notebooks
-ability to select an existing notebook as the top level when you create a stack, i.s.o. 2 notebooks being joined under "new stack"
this is just off the top of my head, will add as I think of more items
