(Archived) Combined search in shared and private notebooks

We are adapting evernote into a small business. Our setup is that every user has a private evernote account, and then we have a shared company account. In the company account we share books with all employees. It works OK!

But I'm wondering... when I look into my private account I have private notes and shared notes - a lot of both. Why can I not search across private and shared notes? It would be a perfectly sane usecase. Say I want to get all info on a customer > I write the name of the customer and expect to get my own notes and my collegues notes on that customer.

Am I missing something?
