(Archived) Where is the Assign Tags Window in EN Mac 2.2 Beta 1?

EN Win 4 client from the beginning has had an Assign Tags feature (CTRL-ALT-T) which allowed you to select a group of Notes and assign the same Tags to all of these Notes.

I can't seem to find this feature in the latest version of EN Mac, which is Ver 2.2 Beta 1.

I have carefully reviewed the EN Mac menu and tried the equivalent keyboard shortcut, but to no avail.

Can someone please advise how to Assign Tags in EN Mac?

You should know by now that not all functionality is released across all platforms at the same time. If an experienced user such as yourself can't find it then I guess a good assumption would be that it's not in the current Mac version.

@metrodon: Thanks for the reply, but I don't like to make assumptions for the usual reason. :wink:

I will take your comments as confirmation that this feature is not yet in the EN Mac client.

Evernote: Please add the "Assign Tags" feature to EN Mac ASAP.

Rationale:

  During this time there have been several major EN Mac updates
  [*:1rlf22f6]Most importantly, this is a critical feature needed to effectively use Tags.
  There is no other way to assign a selected set of Tags to a group of Notes.

I'm hoping that this is just an oversight on the part of the Evernote Dev team, that can be soon rectified.
