jjob80 0
I installed the Google Chrome web clipper and was using it without any problems. Now the icon on my navigation bar to clip info is gone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the web clipper extension, it shows that it is installed but I am unable to find the icon to replace it on my navigation bar. Can anyone help? I use Evernote to clip web content all the time and it's frustrating to now have it anymore. Thanks!! Link to comment

karenternes 0
I, also, can not access the web clipper for Chrome. It seems to have disappeared in the last week or two. Link to comment
jbignert 473
Hi all, We pushed an update Wednesday May 4. That update required the extension to ask for a new permission as described here: viewtopic.php?f=39&t=25760 The way Chrome handles this is to ask for this permission in a dialogue on first use after the new update, if you do not allow Evernote Clipper the permission at that point it will become disabled. Fortunately getting the button back is quite simple:1) click on wrench icon. (right hand side just below the [x]) 2) Select "tools" 3) Select "extensions" 4) re-enable the plugin Let us know if this does not work for you. Thx. Link to comment
