(Archived) Feature Request - Note Flag

I'm sure this has been suggested before, but having an on/off 0/1 flag for notes would be awesome. This would come in handy when a user has a disparate bunch of notes that are temporarily important for a specific purpose or project. I know the same effect could be accomplished by creating a tag that is then deleted later, but a quick toggle to flag a note would be cleaner and simpler. The functionality I'm talking about can be seen in iPhoto, including keyboard shortcut of command-period to toggle flagged or not and a persistent "album" of flagged photos.

That's what your default "inbox" is for. You can email/screen cap/web clip stuff to your inbox & then organize them later.

I guess I don't think of "disparate" the same as notes that are "temporarily important for a specific purpose or project". For the latter, I use this method.
