If I uninstall Evernote, will it delete everything in the online version? What would be the best course of action?Thanks! Link to comment

Are you sure that you sync'd all your notes before the crash? If so, you can go ahead and remove the app then reinstall.You could also open a support case - http://www.evernote.com/about/contact/support/#inquiry - and they may be able to help you debug the issue without uninstalling.
