shopjennie 0 Posted April 8, 2011 Share Posted April 8, 2011 hi all,really need help here! i uninstalled EN 3.5, in order to try out an earlier version (3.1)... and now the old database is no where to be found. i haven't been synching consistently. does this mean my notes are all gone? BurgersNFries 2,407 Posted April 8, 2011 Share Posted April 8, 2011 Which old database are you talking about? The 3.1 one or the 3.5 one? They are not interchangeable. As far as finding EN databases on your computer, the Windows 3.x client uses a database by the name of whatever_your_login_name_is.exb so you should search all your hard drives for all .exb files. Be sure you have Explorer set to look for hidden files. (Tools/folder options/view) If you still don't find any exb files (and I'm guessing you don't have any current backups), then whatever notes were not sync'd to the EN servers are lost.
