(Archived) Importing .evernote file?

Is there a way to import a *.evernote file found under the "com.evernote.Evernote" folder in Mac?

My Evernote for Desktop crashed earlier and didn't sync the latest note but the creation date of the *.evernote file matches the time right before I lost the note so I am assuming that the unsynced data maybe contained inside that .evernote file.

I think you're looking at the files that were created for Spotlight indexing. There's no way to import that into Evernote as a note, but you could copy and paste the contents into a new note.
