(Archived) Desktop equivalent to starred (offline) mobile notes?

Is there a way to tell on the desktop client which notes are starred for offline viewing on my iphone? Also, is there a way to pre-star something so that I'll know that it will be marked as saved for offline viewing when it synchs to my iPod? Thanks.

No. But if you' have a premium account, you can use offline notebooks.

Thanks. Yes, I've been premium for a couple of years.

When getting ready for a trip, it is natural to gather a bunch of reference material in Evernote and give it a travel tag. It seems like you should also be able to mark it at this time as starred to be a Favorite so it is available automatically for offline viewing. The way it works right now, we have to do the extra steps of opening each note and touching the star on the mobile client.

I hope the EN folks will consider this a usability improvement in future updates. It seems like the kind of thing that automation should handle so the user doesn't have to remember to do the extra steps. It is little workflow things like this that create hesitation in actually using Evernote.

Then just create a notebook for your trip & put all the notes in that notebook & mark it for offline access. NBD.

It would be NBD if I could find an option to mark an entire notebook for offline viewing. :shock:

I'm must be missing something, but I can't see anywhere in the iOS client where this happens. I'd be happy to be wrong though!
