(Archived) Clipper problem

the Evernote clipper does not appear in the menu bar.

I tried switching the "Show Clipper in the menu bar" form the option menu on & off, but nothing happens.

I also tried reinstalling Evernote, but the clipper is still no there.

Hi nirtober. This is a known issue which we hope to have fixed in the next update.

In meantime, several people (but not everybody) have had success by unchecking and then rechecking the clipper options in the preferences.

I was able to get clipper to show in menu bar w/ the following steps:

- turn off top clipper option (use evernote clipper)

- quit evernote

- restart evernote

- select "use evernote clipper

you may want to post this bug in the release notes, so users are aware at the outset.

Hey, it worked for me too, the clipper now shows in the menu bar.
