(Archived) Images in notes (smaller or attachment)

Is there a way to have images be a fixed width (scaled down) or be displayed as attachment(thumbnails) in the note. This would help with longer notes where i have a combination of screenshots and text.

If there isn't a way to do that without resizing the image files could we have this implemented as a feature?

The image should be automatically scaled to the width of the window, so if your editor window is narrower, the size of big images should decrease. But there's no way to display them all as "thumbnails" without manually resizing them permanently.

Doesn't the HTML IMG tag allow you to specify size?

Perhaps a User Preference could be added to use fixed, orginal size, or to resize with window. Just thought of a 3rd great option: Only Resize DOWN to fit window. This way smaller images that fit in the Window at 100% would remain unchanged. Only the large images that exceed the window would scale down to fit the window.

This is mainly a problem with small images to zoom up to fill width for no good purpose.

This usually distorts the image and takes up valuable note space.
