(Archived) New Note + Enter key = Some Other Note

I'm wondering if this is a known problem, or is it just me? I didn't see any related posts in the forum.

When I click the New Note button on the toolbar, move focus to the note title, enter some value, then press the Tab key or click in the body of the note, Evernote switches me to an old, existing note. The new note gets created, but I have to go find it.

I noticed that the same thing happens, too, if I click in the body of the note after adding the title. I've had to resort to entering the body of the note, then adding the title last!

Any advice on this problem would be appreciated.
