(Archived) unassigned tags

When creating new notes and forgetting to assign a TAG, it is difficult to find the note.

Would it be possible that all new notes be tagged as (unspecified) unles a tag has been assigned

I do a lot of web clipping of political events and frequently miss adding a tag.

The -tag option is powerful. I do some housecleaning to find all the notes that are missing a specific tag, by using the following search structure:

• "President Obama" -tag:"Obama Barack"
  or
  gerrymander -tag:redistricting
  or
  Netanyahu -tag:"Netanyahu Benjamin"
