(Archived) Offline Sync

Hi. I've just upgraded to premium. I've synced both my desktop client & Android device (Samsung Galaxy S, 2.2) since going premium but my Android still says I'm on the Free version and won't let me select any notebooks for offline viewing. When I tap on "Go premium" it sends me online and tells me I am premium. What do I do?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Dear User,

Thank you for the feedback.

There was a bug in free to premium upgrades from phone.

We apologies for the inconvenience.

One work around is to go to Evernote Home screen, press menu, select Sync.

This will fix the free to premium issue.

We will provide a fix in next beta for all other users.
