(Archived) Restored Files From Trash are Blank

I've been using evernote every day since November as a journal with my iphone but I moved about half my notes to the trash because my iphone didn't have enough memory... I have the evernote app on my macbook, so I was hoping I could keep all of the notes, but when I "restored files" today, the notes still had the same titles, but were blank... How can I get them back?

If you have a premium account, you could restore from a previous version of the note.
