(Archived) PDF file not saving correctly into Evernote

I was given a 26Mb PDF file and many of the text pages were sideways while the graphic novel pages were upside down. I rotated all pages to orient correctly and saved it. I can open the saved file and see that all pages are still oriented correctly but when I add the document to my evernote notebook, the text pages are still oriented sideways but the graphic novel pages are now oriented correctly.

Is this a pdf problem or is there something happening with evernote?

Same here, but on the Windows version.

I scanned a document using Cannon drivers. It always appear reversed in Evernote, even after I corrected it in Acrobat.
