twall 0 Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 It would be very helpful to be able to perform a Search & Replace within a single Note as well as Global Search & Replace through an entire Notebook.
chuckbiddinger 2 Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 I agree, when I copy a note with a bunch of ">" I would like to be able to remove all ">"
Level 5 jbenson2 2,149 Posted February 15, 2011 Level 5 Posted February 15, 2011 I agree, when I copy a note with a bunch of ">" I would like to be able to remove all ">"Chuck, here is a free program I use to clean up the messages with tons of >>> on each line before I put it into Evernote.emailSTRIPPER is a free program for cleaning the ">" and other formatting characters out of your emails. It will restore "forwarded" or "replied" emails back to their original state so they're easier to read. http://www.papercut.com/emailStripper.htm
chuckbiddinger 2 Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 Thanks for the link. I used this years ago before I started using Info Select. IS has this build in. Since moving to Evernote I have kept IS on my computer for this reason. Thanks again.
