(Archived) application went blank below border

New Macbook Pro, installed free app 2.0 and used a couple of days for trial - okay - then suddenly everything below the grey border went blank. No notes etc show up but the upper buttons are there. It is not frozen and perhaps just not displaying. The techs just suggest deleting the data files and re-installing and this changes nothing. Activity log shows "cannot remove an unauthorized observer" at the server and string of errors thereafter?? Must be something simple as I see no one else with this problem. about to give up on Evernote

Support seems lame at this point, just saying clean EN out, redownload, restart, start Evernote again. Same each time. Tool bar but noting else on screen. Could it be not my machine but in EN server. How about saving notes and wiping server identity for iPhone and web apps and starting over. Here is the recurring error in activities log.
