fporter 0
Is it currently possible to have a 1x1 shortcut or widget that'll go directly to a new note? Link to comment
engberg 89
Not currently, but thanks for the suggestion. Link to comment
fporter 0
It'd be handy... i've started using the lock screen replacement WidgetLocker which allows the user to add widgets to the lock screen. So I could have a new note widget that'd allow me to start writing a note as soon as I activate my phone without having to go to my home screen. Link to comment
davidjspooner 10
Recommend having a play with anycut, it lets you create shortcuts to activities - ( any activity including ones in evernote ) Link to comment
lhl 2
It may not work w/ your lock screen (its a shortcut not a widget), but I can confirm that using Any Cut I was able to create a shortcut directly to an intent on my home screen (I wanted NEW_VOICE_NOTE). You can see what's available here: http://www.evernote.com/about/developer/android.phpIf Any Cut is too confusing, you can get BetterCut for $2 which looks a bit more user friendly. Link to comment

In my setting, evernote icon in in the LauncherPro dock, a tap opens the app and a swipe gesture starts a new note.... Link to comment
