(Archived) Transferring notes between notebooks

Is there a way to transfer a Note from an Account's notebook to a Shared notebook? How about vice versa? Are there particular permissions that need to be set for this to happen? Do both parties have to be premium members?

This is especially key when dealing with sharing notes on a project where members use their mobile phone, the web app, and the desktop app (Mac). I find I cannot make a note with my mobile phone, and then add the note to a shared notebook. Is that simply because I'm not the right level of user?
