(Archived) Feature Request: Creat new note from tag(s)

Hello,

I would like to request a new feature: The ability to highlight one or more tags, and then create a new note (via right click context menu) with those tags already set. I hate having to tag after-the-fact... This would also make the transition from OneNote a little smoother (i.e., in OneNote, I would create a new note in the notebook/section/page that I want. I want to do the same thing in Evernote with tags.)

Alternatively or additionally, I'd like to be able to clone a saved search and modify the cloned saved search. The particular use-case here is to create new GTD contexts, but use-cases abound.
