Not receiving webhook notifications from Evernote API

We've created an internal application that receives Evernote notes and displays them in our CRM. Since the 23rd of October 2024, we haven't received a single one. It has synced over 4,000 notes over the last few years and just stopped working last month.

To mitigate any issues on our side, I'm basing the "haven't received a single one" on HTTP server logs, which makes me believe the issue could be on Evernote's side. I've reached out to devsupport@evernote.com, but they weren't willing to help and told me to post here.

Any ideas on how to proceed with resolving this?

Have you tried reauthorising the connection? Has two factor authorisation been setup recently as that can mess with connections.
