Tags not saving

Curious if anyone else is having an issue with Tags saving to notes? I'm going through a few older notes and when I add a tag or two it looks like they're set and when I move down the list to another note the list refreshes and the tags have disappeared. It's the same on all my clients (iOS, macOS, Web) so I guess it's a server side issue. I just wondered if it's just me or a wider issue (with RENT maybe)?

Submitted a ticket to Support, I'll feed back if I get a response.

Send your logs into support for an issue like this as it will be useful for them to debug it.

Hi Jon,

I sent the logs with the initial request. I've got the automated response email from Support and I'll follow up with more info. I've just taken a screen recording too.

Just to follow up on this in case anyone else runs into the same problem. The Evernote Support Team reindexed my data and after signing out and clearing my data on all platforms the issue seems to be resolved.

It took a while, but this could be partly my fault, despite replying to the original ticket for more help it looked like it was marked as Solved. You can only see the status on the My Requests page on mobile. For some reason the status flag isn't shown on desktop. I replied to the email again to re-open the issue. I have mentioned the Status issue to Evernote too.
