Elephant not showing in Mac/Chrome toolbar

I installed the Chrome web clipper but I don't see the elephant in the toolbar. I've checked Chrome extensions and it's supposedly active, but where's the elephant?

Did you restart Chrome once ?

Can't check, using Safari and Firefox as backup. Both are ok with showing the icon.

Thanks for the response. I've got the elephant but no web clipper in Chrome. It's there in Safari. I googled how to use web clipper in Chrome. I was instructed to click on the elephant. However, when I do that it takes me to a quick note. I checked settings, extensions and it's there and active.

How can I get web clipper?

The elephant in the MacOS menu bar has nothing to do with the Web Clipper. It is a screen clipper and quick note extension for the installed app.

The web clipper needs to be installed as browser extension in the browser - in each browser again.

Thanks again. I've attached a screenshot showing that the extension is downloaded, please see remove from Chrome. I just can't see it.

In chrome based browsers you can have an extension activated and also hidden from the menu bar.

In extensions there should be a way to hide and show them. Not on desktop right now so can't screen grab it.
