Todays task in Home Widget and not the complete list of tasks

Hi everyone!
It would be very nice to be able to see only the actual today tasks in the widget.
Maybe there is a way...
Otherwise this could be a nice feature.

In the absence of any information on the system you are using, I am assuming you mean the Tasks widget on the Home page of the desktop and web versions.

In my opinion the Task widget has always been a complete waste of time. It needs to have a filter on it that will allow you to not only select todays task but any other criteria you choose. I find the filters on the main task view really useful and I'm amazed these are not available on the widget. Note filters can be used in note widgets so why not task filters in the tasks widget?

The only good thing is that the widget does respect the ordering set in the "My Tasks" tab of the tasks view. Therefore if you order by "Due date" you will get the tasks starting with overdue and moving on to todays date.
