Notebooks disappearing shortly after being created.

I've been having this problem for a couple of days now. I use Evernote on Android and Windows, and now I just can't create a new Notebook with any of my devices. Whenever I create a new one, it never syncs with the rest of my devices, even though they are all connected to a Wi-Fi network, and after no more than 5 mins it just disappears. I get a message saying "Notebook not available" and the Notes I had in it get deleted. I can't even find them in the trash can. I would really appreciate some help with this problem, I am worried that this might also happen to my older Notebooks.
