Would it be possible to show a warning message when I want to save a webpage that has already been saved? - by the URL

Possible yes.

Necessary no.

Worst case (and what’s bad about it ?) you have clipped the same page twice. But even if the URL is the same, it may be that the content is different.

So it may be a second clip, but just by the URL nobody can be sure that it’s the identical page again.

So again, it makes no sense.
