(Archived) Copy notes from one notebook to another in Mac version

I want to move my notes out of the synched notebook that apparently is the default these days. I did a search in these forums, and found a posting that said you can drag and drop from one notebook to another. I guess not on the Mac, I've tried. Does anyone know how to move notes, especially a bunch of them, from one notebook to another on the Mac?

Hi salgud. In the current version of the Mac client (1.1.0a Beta) you can move notes from one notebook to another by selecting them and dragging them onto the desired destination notebook.

In the "list view", select the notes in the table above the note editor by clicking (or cmd-clicking or shift-clicking for multiple notes) and drag them onto the desired destination notebook:

The "mixed view" works the same way. Just select the notes in the table to the left of the note editor:

And in "thumbnail view", select the notes by clicking or cmd-clicking or shift-clicking on the thumbnails:
