Android Mobile Version 10.110.1 update still crashing

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra running the latest update and i have been having this issue for the last 2 evernote updates and saw that it would be fixed in the new mobile update - 10.110.1 which i downloaded today.

i am still having an issue where when i open notes with pictures in the note the note crashes. it happens with new notes or older notes, notes that i added using mobile or notes that i added by desktop.

 i have clear the cache, deleted the app, restarted the phone and reinstalled the app and it hasn't fixed the problem. ☹️ 

when the app crashes i get message that "something went wrong with Evernote. Evernote closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error." which i did and 2 updates later still having this problem.

Anyone has any suggestions???????

I have the same issue on S23 ultra galaxy phone & tab galaxy s8+. Butted my head around various fixes - deleting cache, reinstalling, updating phone & tab, updating google play, clearing cache. In the end, the only thing that somehow worked was downloading all notes. But this isn't sustainable as more notes will be added and they might not be all downloaded when I actually need to access them. Also, I haven't tested this on my tab yet.

I would like to add to this, opening Evernote web on my phone or tab doesn't work either, so I am stuck!! It gets stuck on the loading screen & nothing helps - clearing cache, changing networks, restarting phone, updating browsers, changing browsers. Developers need to sort this out ASAP or no point being stuck in a broken note system!

@Jasleen It's kinda heartbreaking to be having these issues. Not only do i want to use Evernote but I kinda need it. i have so many notes and would like to use it for my daily work flow but it's tuff when these things happen and it cant seem to be fixed in a timely manner. I opened a ticket and i updated the app to 10.110.3 and at the time of this writing the app still crashes.

Yes! I can't use Evernote on my S24 Ultra, Pixel 9 Pro, or Fold 6, because of constant crashes when I open a note. I will not be renewing my sub if this issue isn't fixed.

It's so frustrating. My workflow is crazy all over the place. I resorted to using google keep and samsung notes while I'm out in the field and then when I'm behind a computer putting that info into Evernote. I tried to put images into evernote using my phone and the title wouldn't save, it kept saying untitled note. Then the app started to crash. I'm stumped with this. Everyone keeps saying just go back to Notion, but i found it way to tedious and at times complicated and some of the other note taking apps that are kinda similar to evernote are only 2 or 3 years old. 

I'm going to keep looking and see what i come up with and if the issue isn't fixed by the end of my subscription i'll just move on.

I have the same issue. I'm surprised Evernote support don't pick up on the thread.

I am now using Evernote Version 10.112.0 and WOW what a difference! Everything is super fast and super smooth. I went. almost all of my notes going back many years and they all opened without any issue. 

This is great, Evernote really fixed the issues i had a few weeks ago.

I had to update this thread because all the issues completely have been fixed.

I know Evernote doesn't usually  follow these threads but if they do, Thanks Evernote for the fix!
