Is Evernote Sync Completely Down?

So notes I created this evening are iffy at best.  I created a note on the web version.   I can go directly to the note, but Evernote can't find it to create an internal link / back link.   Back links in general aren't showing up at all. If I click on a note that shows existing back links they travel no where.   Web Clipper has been iffy at best today.   It take me two to three shots to get it.  It's not my connection.  Is anyone else having this much trouble today or is it just me?

I've been having a similar issue for days...I've tried the below steps from another post I found by @PinkElephant but this did not work...

1. Go to the Evernote menu, Preferences, and uncheck „Keep data when leaving“
2. Log out of EN (File menu), quit EN (cmd-q). When asked confirm "Remove Data from This Device".
3. If you want to be very sure, restart the Mac
4. Open EN, log back in, wait for it to run an initial sync. 
5. Let the initial download run, and leave the app open. It will take a while to download the full content, for offline use.

 

Here's my Issue:

My cell phone, tablet, and secondary computer are all synced just fine. My recent notes show up, and updates are synced.

On my primary computer, the last several changes I've made are not there. These are changes that go back about a week.

 

Things I've tried:

  • Steps above for desktop
  • Restarting
  • Clearing Cache
  • Logging out and back in (both desktop and web)
  • Refreshing

I'm using Chrome on both the main PC (not syncing) and my laptop/backup (syncing), so it seems there is something local to my primary PC that's just not working.

Is there anything else I may be missing? I've been using EN for more than a decade and never had this happen before. I have hundreds of notes and am a little concerned here.

A backlink to a link I created this morning is still not showing, nearly 10 hours later.

But looking on the status page, everything is running smoothly. So either they don’t check, or we have to expect this to be the new „normal“.
