I use sort by date deleted to manually implement a 28-day trash in Evernote. I put in a special note each week to mark where the "end of a week" is and then delete the oldest week each time after a 28-day initial start. I do deletes from trash on a weekly basis. Tonight, unlike past weeks, the list of notes in trash sorted by Date Deleted is NOT in that order but rather appears to be in title sort order.
On the plus side (I guess), it appears that moving a message to trash now is considered an update so I will use sort by date updated. Sigh.
