Residents of the District of Columbia cannot request their account to be deleted

The account deletion page at https://privacy.bendingspoons.com/topic/evernote requires me to select my country/state to submit my request. After selecting "United States of America (the)", there is no option for the District of Columbia when entering my contact information, and State is a required field to let me progress with the request.

Will this be addressed? The form requires me to confirm that the information I've provided is accurate, and there is otherwise no way to proceed.

The biggest issue with the state selection might be how it relates to the privacy protections offered by each state. Less than half of states have any notable laws in place, and I'm not familiar with D.C.'s privacy laws (if any), so perhaps see which state has privacy regulations that are most similar to those in your home location and choose that one.

EN as a business owned by an Italian company operates under GDRP rules. I would not be too concerned about which state to pick. From what I see about the US data protection and privacy laws, I doubt there is any state legislation coming even close.
