COMO RECUPERAR NOTAS QUE NO FUERON SINCRONIZADAS

POR FAVOR, NECESITO ORIENTACION, HE PERDIDO 10 NOTAS QUE NO LOGRO UBICAR EN NINGUN ARCHIVO. LAMENTABLEMENTE, AUNQUE SIEMPRE BUSQUE SINCRONIZAR, SIEMPRE ME DECIA QUE USUARIO Y CLAVE NO ERAN CORRECTOS! SIN EMBARGO, SIEMPRE ENTRABA EN MI APLICACION DESDE LA LAPTOP Y AUNQUE NO SINCRONIZABA SEGUI CREANDO LAS NOTAS, Y CUANDO DECIDO CAMBIAR DE EQUIPO ME TRAE ESTE PROBLEMA. DESINSTALE LA VERSION QUE TENIA EL EQUIPO ANTERIOR Y VOLVI A INSTALAR PERO NO ME MOSTRO LAS NOTAS QUE NO ESTABAN SINCRONIZADAS. HABRÁ ALGÚN ARCHIVO QUE WINDOWS GUARDE PARA ESTO? ESTOY DESESPERADA, ERA INFORMACION MUY IMPORTANTE.

PLEASE, I NEED GUIDANCE, I HAVE LOST 10 NOTES THAT I CANNOT FIND IN ANY FILE. UNFORTUNATELY, EVEN IF I ALWAYS SEARCHED TO SYNC, IT ALWAYS TOLD ME THAT USER AND PASSWORD WERE NOT CORRECT! HOWEVER, I ALWAYS ENTERED MY APPLICATION FROM THE LAPTOP AND EVEN IF IT WAS NOT SYNCING, I CONTINUED CREATING THE NOTES, AND WHEN I DECIDE TO CHANGE DEVICE IT BRINGS ME THIS PROBLEM. I UNINSTALLED THE VERSION THAT THE PREVIOUS COMPUTER HAD AND REINSTALLED BUT IT DIDN'T SHOW ME THE NOTES THAT WERE NOT SYNCHRONIZED. IS THERE ANY FILE THAT WINDOWS KEEPS FOR THIS? I AM DESPERATE, IT WAS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

Hi.  What device and operating system are you using?

Evernote announced new features for the "Free" account in August 2024 for users can test out what Evernote features might be useful for them.  Access is limited to ONE device only,  because it is intended purely as a trial version.

If you're an existing user,  you have access to your account on that one device,  and the ability to change that device a few times per month.  If you exceed the limit you get locked out for 30 days,  so if there's an issue and access is not urgent you could simply wait it out.

In some cases subscriptions are available on a monthly basis,  so if you can subscribe for at least one month,  you'll have unlimited access to sort things out.

If you try the account again by signing in to Evernote.com in a desktop browser,  read the messages that come up carefully.  You should be able to disable all other accesses and limit yourself to the web.

Unfortunately you can't download your notes in bulk from there - if you need to export your data you'll have to change your access to an installed desktop at some stage.

And which version was that „pretty old“ version you used on your laptop ?

I assume you still have access to your old laptop.

Without that information it’s difficult to tell if there is a chance, and how to proceed.

Hola, buenos dias.

Hello, good morning. Yes, it is a laptop that is still in good working order. But in my recklessness probably without having synchronized online a version that was 5.8 and other digits that I recorded not even in a screenshot, which is unusual that I do not get a route where having deleted the old version and updating the app has left me only with 4 notes of the 14 that I had, the ones that disappeared unfortunately were the most significant with information about my personal and work work. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm still in limbo.

If it was really version 5.8, it was already years outdated when v10 was launched in 2020. EN needs an authorization by the cloud server to access the database.

I assume the local database still exists, holding the missing notes. But the authorization needs to be tricked, because the server is permanently shut down.

But I’m not familiar with the Windows version. Maybe @gazumped has an idea about how to access your notes.

If you still have access to the local database file on your computer and it is an .EXB file,  there's a way to extract backup (ENEX) files from it,  which can be imported into the new v10 version.  If you had an account with Evernote and can still sign in through Evernote.com you should find that your notes will still be saved on the server and would download to the new version.

I'm sorry that's a complicated answer and probably won't translate very well - Support may have some Spanish speakers who will be able to communicate it better - I suggest you contact them first!  - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/29101069844371-How-to-contact-Evernote-Support
