Internal Links (CTRL+ALT+L) now create link to note at evernote.com website?

It seems like something broke with a recent update. The CTRL+ALT+L command to generate an internal link (evernote://*) now only generates a link to the note on the evernote.com website.  If this was done intentionally, it's a terrible idea - it takes far too long to get to the website, login, 2FA, etc to make this useful. 

What happened to the internal links with the Windows app? Anybody else experiencing this?

It changed last month. ALT+CTRL+SHIFT+C will give you the internal link. You can also remap it to other key combinations.

Its listed in the shortcuts section of the app.

Ah thanks!! That worked. But that's a lot of keys. I will remap.
