I had some notes in the free version. Now the app doesn't open them or actually, displays an advertising on purchase a subscription that cannot be closed to retrieve my information

Hi.  The free version now only allows access from one device,  and if you were accessing from more,  then the notices are basically saying 'disconnect devices or subscribe'.  If you're seeing this one a mobile screen,  then the content may be cut off.  I'd suggest you try again from a web browser - which is where you will need to be to disconnect devices - and read any messages you see carefully.

If you have connected too many times the account may be temporarily locked,  in which case you'll need to wait it out,  or subscribe for at least one month to correct matters.
