I get this error when trying to add a notebook:

Notebook limit reached. Please delete an existing notebook before continuing.

Right now I am on 365 notebooks 

I have a paid versión:  for $129.99 per year I thought i can have up  2,000 notebooks

What could be the issue, please?

I tried that but it did not help. Send a message to Evernote "Support" and i got an AI response totally not getting the issue. How do I get support for this more and more problematic Evernote.

You get support by reading the email you received (All of it, which I agree is a PITA because it wastes your lifetime to read nonsense created by a lifeless AI).

In the lower part they will tell you what they need in an answer email if you want them to follow up. If you don't answer and (!) provide the information, they assume the canned response by the tin team member did the job.
