I cannot see all the notes in the shared notebook.

The total number of notes in the shared notebook is about 12,000, and when I access it, it stops growing at about 300, but the title of the note is searchable when I look it up. Please let me know how to solve this.

I use Mac and IPAD app, both are same situation.

HI.  We're mainly other users here,  and the sharing / syncing features have changed over the past few months.  You should contact Support about this,  but be patient for their responses.  From what you say it seems like this is mainly an issue with the display showing the number of shared notes - you can see the actual content,  but don't get an accurate count.  Have you tried all the usual fixes like signing out and back in / powering your device(s) off an on again / signing in to Evernote.com?

If this is a display issue,  local files can be restored by uninstalling with Appcleaner on Mac,  then powering off and back on,  and reinstalling from Evernote.com.
