Window Size on Windows

Hello, I'm not sure of the proper terminology so please bear with me. 

I frequently use Evernote on my computer with a split screen to read while I take notes. However, the Evernote application does not allow me to make it half the screen or smaller. It requires the window to take up at least 60% of the lateral space on the screen. If I want to have a 50/50 screen, I have to manually move the window to the side and then I cannot see all my notes as I'm typing. I would love to see an update that allows for more flexibility with window size.

I think this is likely to be specific to your Windows setup. As you can see from my screen shot below I have a note as 50% of the screen and Chrome in the other 50%. I achieved this using the auto split screen function (dragging the note to the right first) on a 1920x1200 screen.
