Perdi minhas notas devido atualização..

Bom dia! 
Como posso proceder para recuperar minhas notas e caderno que estavão salvos, pois meu aplicativo atualizou sozinho e com isso quando logo ele me joga para comprar uma assinatura. E quando acesso via browse no desktop, vejo que as notas e cadernos não existe mais.

Preciso recuperar minhas anotações pois são importante.

You are on the Free plan. The Free plan is limited to only 1 device at any time.

The web client (EN in a browser) counts as a device. By opening EN in the browser without logging out first from any other client used before already made you hit the limit.

You say it is important to get at your notes. We don't have the time then to talk you through a longer recovery, to try to reset your clients without violating the limit.

EN Free is not meant for long term use any more. It is today a trial, to be used to test EN before subscribing. If you are not prepared to subscribe, my best advise is to export your notes and leave to another notes app. To leave the best method is to subscribe for a month. Then install the desktop version (PC/Mac) and use it to export all of your notes. After that, unsubscribe again and close your account.
