dana green 0
How can I transfer the paid subscription to a different email account? I now use my work email more than my one. My calendar is always open to the work one. So that is the one I want to use Clipper and save most things to so it needs more memory. I don't want to pay to upgrade my business email account since I have more than enough space already with what I pay for. on the personal email account. How do I manage this situation and fix it so I can continue to add content from the web using Clipper or otherwise onto Dana@DanaGreenLaw.com's account without upgrading, but moving over the subscription that I've paid for already? I need to move the storage space I pay for on dlgrosen5@gmail.com to dana@danagreenlaw and whatever I have on dana@danagreenlaw.com to dlgrosen4# I hope this makes sense. I've been trying to get this move done since before the changes were ever announced It has made my current dana@danagreenlaw.com account also Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,730 Posted September 3 Level 5 Share Posted September 3 Doesn't make too much sense to me, but let's see. It doesn't make much sense because it is entirely up to yourself for which purpose you use which account. I advise against an approach to export all notes as ENEX-files from the one account, and transfer it to another. In this process all notes get new UUIDs, which breaks all note links. It may be that the creation and updated date are resetted as well, I didn't try exporting for a while. You can basically change the email address related to an account. But: You can't change it to an address that is or has been used for an account already. This means all account email names currently or formerly in use (for your accounts, or anybodies else's) can't be used as new email address for another account. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208313338-Change-your-account-login-email-address dlgrosen5 can't be used again, dana@... either. You could change the email of the dlgrosen5@... to dana1@..., for example. Same with changing the current dana@... account name to dlgrosen6@... - you get the concept, I think. Whatever you do, you need to use existing, live email addresses. It can be an email address with an automatic forwarding to another address, but it must be able to receive and send emails. Here is what you see in account information: (1) is to change the account status, like subscribing or canceling a subscription. (2) is the option you need to change the email address related to your account for another one. (3) is the email address where you can send emails to your account. This email can't be typed in by yourself, it is created by EN. What can be done is refreshing the address, which creates a new, partly random address. Link to comment
