Sort Order by Title Issue

Hello. I have an issue with sort order by title. The vowels with an accent —the diacritical mark, so frequent in Spanish— appear at the very end after letter «Z». For example, the word «zapato» appears before the word «árbol» o the word «Émile». This happens in every device: Mac (M3 Sonoma 14.6.1), iPad (iOS 17.6.1), iPhone (iOS 17.6.1) and on the website.

 

It's very annoying. Any idea? Thanks!
