Got to this page in Account Information (1). You can add the reference number (like tax ID) here (2). Your last 2 invoices will show up (3) - unless when you hold your subscription through one of the stores (like I do through iTunes), no invoices will show here. In this case you need to use the invoice received from the Store operator instead.
