Notes shut off= exceptionally poor customer service

Idea

Evernote owes its community of users an opportunity to get their notes off their platform prior to ‘REQUIRING’  a monthly payment installment to access their notes. This was very poor customer service in their part. 
Once I was given notice that I was ‘about to’ exceed my usage, I quit adding new notes. What I wasn’t told is that one day I would have my access removed entirely. This is more like coercion and bribery not customer service or loyalty. I would be glad to pay a one time fee to access my notes. But in have other means for keeping notes without a fee.  Not only am I disappointed, put out, and left with feelings abuse, but I am entirely lost without critical notes for which I thought I would always have access to. Trust, satisfaction, and loyalty are down the drain. But Evernote can still make amends to its long time users! Let me/us access, copy, and download our notes!!!  That would restore my relationship with them.
